機構成就 Achievements 協會自1996年一直提供穩定而可靠的「平安服務」,為長者提供24小時全天候的呼援及關懷服務,多年來服務超過逾20萬長者及有需要人士,拯救逾40萬人次的生命。
From 1996, SCHSA provides a series of stable and reliable "Safety Services", offers 24-hour personal caring and emergency assistance services to the elderly and others in need. The "Safety Services" served more than 200,000 elderly and the needy, saved more than 400,000 lives.
In recent years, SCHSA proactively constructing a Community Engagement platform, to change the negative perception of old age amongst the younger generations through a series of community engagement programme.

創新計劃 Pioneer Projects 協會一直秉承透過科技應用,提升長者於社區的生活素質。除了不斷改良現有的「平安服務」,包括開發「智平安」服務,將24小時呼援及關懷服務延伸至智能手機外,協會建立全亞洲首創的「賽馬會『生命.歷情』體驗館」、推出「長者生命故事」個人化印書服務及「愛.留聲」心聲輯錄服務,促進建構長者友善及跨代共融之社區。
SCHSA is a believer in technology, pledged to enhance elders' living quality through technology application. In recent years, SCHSA has developed a series of new services, including the award-winning Mobile Link Service, Safety Phone Service, e-Care Link Service, extending the specialized SCHSA Call & Care support from indoor to outdoor environment. As an important milestone of SCHSA’s advocacy to change the negative perception of old age amongst the younger generations, SCHSA establishes Asia’s first interactive experience centre with the theme of ‘life journey’, launches “Life Book” personalized printing services and “Message for my beloved” recording service.
未來發展 Future Development 協會將繼續透過科技應用,以人為本的服務及創新的手法,提升長者社區生活的素質;同時亦會積極透過建構社區參與平台,促進建構跨代共融及長者友善社區,推動社會各界轉個正面角度看長者。
SCHSA is pledged to enhance the living quality of the elderly in the community through the use of technology, people-oriented services, and innovative methods.
Also, SCHSA is proactively constructing a cross-sector Community Engagement Platform, to change the negative perception of old age amongst the younger generations, to turn Hong Kong to an elderly-friendly community.
