機構成就 Achievements 過去兩年與城中餐飲集團一起努力,為本地機構包括基層家庭、老人院、精神病康復者、更新人士、無家者、基層學校待提供約320萬個膳餐。共減少1300噸的食物浪費。在推廣教育上,除了將服務理念帶到社區機構更會定期與本地私人企業舉辦社會責任的工作坊。當中有剩食的烹任班以及環保工作坊。
In these 2 years, Foodlink has worked with different food and beverage groups in the city to provide about 3.2 million meals for local service organizations including grassroots families, elderly homes, ex-mentally ill, rehabilitated persons, homeless people and grassroots schools. A total of 1,300 tons of food waste was reduced. For the part of education, in addition to bringing service concepts to community organizations, we organize social responsibility workshops regularly with private companies. The workshop teaches participants to cook with leftover food, allow them to recycle excess food into new and exciting dishes.

創新計劃 Pioneer Projects 推廣教育讓社會明白日常減少食物浪費外更可以令剩食變為美食。邀請固定合作關係的廚師把剩食轉化成一道新的菜式。期望參與者可以學以致用,在日常生活中都可以把剩食重新粉飾成一道美味佳餚。另一項浪費是沐浴用品。在長時間努力溝通下我們會收集指定酒店的沐浴用品碓保衝生的情況下送到有需要的人士手上。
Education is one of the most important nation to made people understand how to reducing food waste on a daily basis, it can turn leftovers into food. We invited the chef from hotel and use leftovers into a new dish. Participants are expected to apply what they have learned, and in their daily lives, they can re-paint the leftovers into a delicious dish. Another waste is bathing supplies. After communicate with our hotel partners, we will collect the bathing supplies of the designated hotel and deliver them to those in need.
未來發展 Future Development 2020年會投入兩部新的車加入車隊,期望可以收到更多的食物給予有需要的人。更會在推廣減少食物浪費上做得更全面,例如設計能帶出意義的工作坊或體驗班等參加的公司會響應減少食物浪費的理念。
To increase the efficiency of food delivery, two new cars will be added to the team in 2020 in order to supply more food for those in need. In addition to promote the reduction of food waste, we are planning to work with different companies and design workshop or classes that about reducing food waste and food recycling.
