Established in 1920, HKYWCA is the first women organization in HK. Nowadays it has bloomed to a multi-service organization, providing services in education, youth development, women & family wellness, ageing population, and social innovation etc.

YWCA Jockey Club Healthy Lifestyle Service Centre (NT West) was established to run the above project which aims to help middle-aged people improve their lifestyle habits. We employ the Lifestyle Medicine model to help them prevent and delay chronic diseases. It plans to recruit over 20,000 people to perform health risk screenings and offer eligible participants health coaching on how to improve their lifestyles and health knowledge.
