創新計劃 Pioneer Projects 「社區老闆」計劃 : 本會就業輔助中心於推出「社區老闆」計劃,在葵涌及荃灣區向中小型企業推廣殘疾人士就業資訊,鼓勵他們聘用殘疾人士或提供實習工作崗位; 旨在授予成年的唐氏/智障人士能力, 透過師友的參與, 克服生活上各環節的挑戰, 啟發其潛質, 同時促使他們有意義地, 積極地參與社區生活。
SweetieLand Project : the Association was honoured to acquire supports from the “Operation Santa Claus” to launch the “SweetieLand” Project for the newborns and pre-school children with Down Syndrome; The “Community Boss” Scheme aims to attract more employers to provide employment opportunities for people with disabilities; Industrious Adulthood and Positive Ageing for People with Down Syndrome and Intellectual Disabilities' Project aims to empower adults with Down Syndrome and Intellectual Disabilities' Project to overcome challenges in life transitions, maximize their potentials, and participate meaningfully and actively in the community.
未來發展 Future Development 機構未來兩年將致力發展唐氏/智障人士在各個生命階段的服務,務求令致他們對自己的生涯有所規劃, 並優化以個案管理的模式協助他們及家人完善其生活。
In the coming 2 years, the Association will strive to develop services catered for each life stage of people with Down Syndrome / Intellectual Disabilities, so that their lives will be more well-planned, the Association will enhance model of case management for the betterment of people with Down syndrome/Intellectual Disabilities and their families.
