機構成就 Achievements 1.社會企業「悠閒坊」於2011年增設旗艦店,又於2016年開設分店。
1. Our Agency opened two new shops of the social enterprise, i.e. the “Leisure Outlet (Flagship Shop)” in 2011 and the Wah Fu Shop in 2016 respectively.rn2. Since 2012, our Agency had successfully bid for “Integrated Discharge Support Programme for Elderly Patients”.rn3. The “Second Phase of Pilot Scheme on Community Care Service Voucher for the Elderly” has been staged from 2016 onwards with the commissioning of the Social Welfare Department.rn4. Our Agency set up the “CAKA - Elder Academy” in October 2016 with the sponsorship of the Elder Academy Development Foundation.
獎項及認證 Awards & Accreditation 本機構社區學院協辦之自在人生自學計劃課程,於2016年第12度獲頒卓越機構服務獎(服務與支援)。另學院亦於2014年獲香港學術及職業資歷評審局批准,開辦僱員再培訓局達到資歷架構第一至第三級標準的課程。
As for the “Capacity Building Mileage Programme” co-organized by our CARE College, it was our 12th time to be awarded the “Outstanding Organization of Services (Service and Support) in 2016. Also, the College was approved by the HKCAAVQ to launch courses achieving Level 1 to 3 under the ERB.
創新計劃 Pioneer Projects 本機構轄下就業服務獲「滙豐150週年慈善計劃」撥款資助,於2016年11月至2018年10月期間開展「『飛』凡人生-中高齡人士就業計劃」,透過舉辦不同類型的再就業課程及講座等,協助50歲或以上的中高齡人士重投就業市場,開展人生「第二事業」。
The “Life Flyer - Third Age Employment Project” would run from November 2016 to October 2018 under the auspices of the “Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC) 150 Anniversary Charity Programme”. It provides re-employment courses, talks, etc. for those aged 50 or above, with the target of assisting them to re-enter the labour market and start a “second career”.
未來發展 Future Development 本機構將繼續與不同醫療專業團體、社區人士及團體合作,致力讓長者及護老者獲得適切的支援服務,俾其能繼續留在熟悉的社區中生活,實踐「社區照顧」的目標。rnrn此外,本機構於未來除致力推動扶貧工作,鼓勵其參與社區,亦會致力發展幼兒及家庭服務,以締造和睦的家庭關係;並透過與不同學校及團體合作,發掘更多社區資源去為低收入家庭提供適切服務,為社區凝聚更多社會資本,產生更大的效益。
Our Agency will continue to co-operate with different medical and health organisations, and community organisations and members to provide appropriate support services to elders in need. Ultimately, it is hoped that they could continue to live in the community which they are familiar with, and the goal of “Community Care” could be achieved.rnrnMeanwhile, our Agency will continue to advocate work on poverty alleviation in the future in order to cater for the needs of underprivileged groups, and to enhance their engagement in community affairs, so as to contribute to the society. Besides, we will develop children and family services, aiming to establish harmonious family relations, and explore more resources to provide appropriate services for low-income families through co-operations with schools and organisations, accumulating more social capital to generate greater benefit.
