創新計劃 Pioneer Projects 「好義配」義工搜尋器提供義工培訓教材及資訊,連繫全港義工及服務機會,作即時服務配對。活化前粉嶺裁判法院為「香港青年協會領袖學院」,為香港培訓領袖人才。PH2是「青年宿舍計劃」下,全港首幢嶄新青年居住空間,協助青年發展生活技能。
The all-in-one online portal, easyvolunteer.hk, matches volunteers’ preferences with diverse service opportunities in a user-centric way. Building on its solid foundation of leadership training, the HKFYG has revitalised the former Fanling Magistracy and established the HKFYG Leadership Institute with a new lodge. PH2 is Hong Kong’s first all-purpose Youth Hostel, aiming to create an enabling residential community for working young people.
未來發展 Future Development 青協於2021-22年度將循三大主流方向,履行青年為本的服務承諾。三大主流方向與「第四個五年發展計劃」所訂策略一脈相承:「青年工作數碼化」有助準確回應青年需要,推動「提升專業」和「全力創新」;「裝備青年生活及實用技能」旨在回應青年就業問題,讓青年建立「未來技能」,提升競爭力;在「全健發展」的概念下,協會透過教育和生活實踐「推動青年參與可持續發展」,鼓勵青年共建更美好的生活環境,達致「深化聯繫」。
The Federation is determined to attach the three pillar strategies formulated in the fourth five-year plans for all the design and delivery of our services, which is to Deepen Engagements, Enhance Professionalism and Embrace Innovation. In the long run, we acknowledge the importance of bringing young people Healing and Hope, and promote the concepts of All-round Wellness and Future Skills, while Digitalization, Upskilling and Sustainability are the three directional streams under which the Federation would launch various transformation initiatives in 2021-22.
