機構成就 Achievements • 1952年,房協於深水埗興建全港首個出租屋邨 — 上李屋,為廉租房屋寫下歷史第一頁
• 全港首個房屋發展機構獲得 ISO 14001 環境管理系統認證• 開創長者房屋先河,全面照顧不同階層長者的住屋及護理需要
• In 1952, the Housing Society built the first rental estate in Hong Kong – Sheung Li Uk in Sham Shui Po. This marked the beginning of public rental housing in Hong Kong.
• HKHS is the first housing development organisation in Hong Kong awarded ISO 14001 Environmental Management System accreditation
• Pioneering elderly housing to meet the housing and healthcare needs of senior citizens in a holistic approach

•The Tanner Hill won the Best Silver Architecture - In-Operation award at the 6th Asia Pacific Eldercare innovation Awards
•Gold Award in the Best Use of Social Media category of the PR Awards 2019
•Hong Kong Green Organisation Certification 2018 by Environmental Campaign Committee
創新計劃 Pioneer Projects • 於1999年推出首創的「長者安居樂」住屋計劃,以終身租住的形式,為中等收入長者提供一站式生活居所
• 分別於2006年及2017年開設全港首創的「長者安居資源中心」及「智友善」家居探知館,推廣「原居安老」及「認知障礙友善家居」的概念
• 全港首個以「組裝合成」建築法興建的長者單位將在乙明邨動工
• Embarking on the first Senior Citizen Residences (SEN) Scheme in 1999 which provides ideal one-stop homes for the middle-income elderly under a long lease arrangement
• Set up The Housing Society Elderly Resources Centre in 2006 and MIND-Friendly Home Exploration Centre in 2017, both are the first of its kind in Hong Kong, to promote ageing in place and the concept of demintia-friendly home respectively
• The first elderly flats in Hong Kong adopting Modular Integrated Construction(MiC) approach shall be built in Jat Min Chuen
未來發展 Future Development • 繼續與政府及各界持份者同心協力,尤其於長者房屋、資助出售房屋、舊邨重建和專用安置屋邨方面,攜手並肩,合力「創宜居 ‧ 活社區」
• Continue to work closely with the Government and stakeholders, especially in the area of elderly housing, subsidised sale flats, estate redevelopment and dedicated rehousing estates, to “create homes, revive communities”.
