機構成就 Achievements 本會能持續提供優質的服務,如怡欣、怡菁山莊綜合康復服務大樓,環境優美,去院舍化,推動共融,為殘疾人士提供優質訓練、康復的居所;東涌綜合服務中心、在深水埗區和屯門區的長者地區中心、大埔北青少年綜合服務中心等提供多元而綜合的服務
The Council pursues delivery of quality services to the community. Unlike ordinary hostel, its two Integrated Rehabilitation Services Complex, Harmony Manor and Fairyland located in the pleasing rural environment, are de-institutionalized and provide the disabled with quality training as well as a home for rehabilitation. Besides, the Tung Chung Integrated Services Centre, Shamshuipo and Tuen Mun District Elderly Community Centres, Tai Po North Integrated Children & Youth Services Centre provide diversified services to help users exert their potential.

2017: "Elderly Theatre" received “The 5th Asia Pacific Eldercare Innovation Award”, “Tuen Mun Outstanding Volunteer Team” awarded by the Social Welfare Department, bronze award in the "Social Welfare Organisation & School" category of the “GreenPlus Award Programme" by CLP
創新計劃 Pioneer Projects 本會舉辦「康齡劇社」--- 社區口述歷史劇計劃,讓長者親自演繹自己的生命故事;推動「健腦五加一計劃」,鼓勵長者自主健康生活模式;出版專為推廣預防認知障礙症知識的「生活。智」雙月刊
The Council set up “Elderly Theatres” for the “Community Oral History Drama”, promoted “Healthy Brain 5+1 Project” to encourage elderly self-determined health lifestyle, published "Live Wise" bi-monthly magazine, launched "Dementia Care Planning Service", co-organised with City University of HK the group counselling service for elderly long-term pain by narrative theraphy.

The Council upholds the professional social work ethics and commitment, and based on the principles of “people-centred, professional based, law driven and practical development”. It collaborates with various Government departments and non-government organisations to create new resources and establish new social capital in serving the community.
